Cozy Companions

Our names are Maddie and Elise and we are Girl Scouts working toward our Silver Award!

We are so excited to be working with Rose Haven on a project centered around anxiety, mental health, and emotional support. Our project, "Cozy Companions", focuses on creating handmade weighted stuffed animals for guests at Rose Haven. These plush companions are designed to provide a sense of calm, grounding, and comfort during stressful or overwhelming moments, like a “soft support for a hard day.”

We are hoping to create our first 20 weighted plushies to donate directly to the guests at Rose Haven. You can find out more about Rose Haven's mission by visiting their website rosehaven.org.

Each plush companion costs about $20 to make, which is covering:
• the stuffed toys
• weighted filling
• sewing supplies

Our initial fundraising goal is $400. Please consider sponsoring a single plushie at $20 or multiples.
